As an aid for the temporary relief of rheumatism, arthritis, muscular pains, cramp and sprains.
Direction: Find the most painful spot around the affected area with a thumb tip. Apply 2-3 drops to the pain area. Apply pressure with the thumb on the area and massage gently for a few minutes.
