Standard Domestic & International Delivery
All orders will be shipped by our delivery provider according to which delivery methods customers choose. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. If you require some items urgently, please contact us at 62882546 and we will be happy to assist you.
Important things to note for domestic delivery
1. No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays: For orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, items will be delivered on Tuesday or next working day. If you require the items urgently, please visit our store during working hours.
2. If there's no one around to receive the parcel, a second delivery attempt will be made at no additional cost. However, if the parcel still cannot be delivered on the 2nd attempt, you will be imposed a $5 return fee on top of the cost of redelivering the parcel again.
3. Certain stocks may require longer time for delivery. When such situations arises, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the status.
5. When the ordered goods are out of stocks, we will inform you within 7 working days and do a full refund to the customer if payment has been captured by us.
Important things to note for international delivery.
1. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the individual country custom regulations.
2. In the event that packages are unable to clear at the customs due to individual country regulations or when we are not able to furbish whatever specific information needed, we will not be liable for the total loss of the parcel and courier fees and no refund will be make.
3. We are not liable for the refund of the cost of goods and courier charges if the package is being retained by the customs.
4. Please note there could be delay at the customs for various reasons and we will not be responsible for it.
You may choose to collect your items with your purchase details at our retail store:
We will contact you via phone or email when your goods are ready for collection.
For self-collection order, we will contact the customers. In event if customers do not pick up after 6 months, the company will automatically void the order and will not be liable for the losses.
